Overview
SignOnSite is an Australian-built site management platform focused on three things: getting workers signed in, inducted, and tracked on-site, all digitally. Workers scan a QR code or use geofencing to sign in, and site managers see a live dashboard of who's on-site at any time.
What makes it useful for tradies: If you run sites where multiple trades and subcontractors come and go, SignOnSite replaces the paper sign-in sheet at the gate. Inductions can be completed remotely before the worker even arrives. In an emergency, you have an instant headcount. For principal contractors with WHS obligations, this is the tool that proves who was inducted and when.
Limitations to know about: SignOnSite is primarily a site attendance and induction tool. It doesn't do SWMS, incident reporting, or full WHS management. If you need the complete safety stack, you'll need to pair it with something like SafetyCulture or Buildpass.
