How affiliate links work on ServiceScale, and why our reviews stay independent.
Some links to third-party tools on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them, ServiceScale may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we genuinely rate, and a commercial relationship never affects a tool's score or where it ranks in our reviews.
On every review page where the outbound link is an affiliate link, we render a clear note next to the button so you know before you click. We also tag those links technically (with the standard rel="sponsored" attribute) so search engines treat them as commercial relationships.
Our reviews are independent. We rate tools on merit. An affiliate relationship never changes a score or a ranking. If a tool we have a commercial relationship with is the wrong fit, we will say so. If a tool with no commercial relationship is the better option, we will recommend it.
Reviews and rankings are written by the ServiceScale team based on hands-on use, vendor documentation, and customer feedback we have collected from Australian trade and service businesses. Commercial considerations do not enter the scoring process.
