4. Payment terms

Services are provided on a fee basis as outlined in your engagement agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Payment is due upon invoice
• Late payments may incur interest at 10% per annum
• Services may be suspended if payment is overdue
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ServiceScale shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity
• Damages arising from your failure to implement our recommendations
• Damages caused by third-party services or platforms

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue targets, or outcomes. Business success depends on your implementation, market conditions, and numerous external factors beyond our control.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during consulting engagements. This does not apply to publicly available information or information required to be disclosed by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in your engagement agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.
