ServiceTitan is built for businesses running 20+ technicians with dedicated office staff handling dispatch, a marketing budget worth tracking ROI on, and complex pricebook structures. The platform covers the entire customer lifecycle: marketing attribution, call booking, dispatch, on-site sales presentations, invoicing, follow-up, and membership programs.
Strengths: The depth is unmatched. Real-time dispatch boards with GPS tracking. Pricebook management with good-better-best presentation options for technicians. Marketing ROI tracking that ties ad spend to actual booked revenue. Membership and service agreement management built in. The reporting engine is enterprise-grade.
Limitations: The price tag matches the capability — expect $200–500+ per user per month, with implementation and training on top. The platform is complex and takes months to implement properly.
