The short answer
BookEveryCall is a fully managed AI receptionist that also sends missed-call texts and review requests. It suits trades who want it set up for them rather than doing it themselves. The catch: founding prices start at $197 a month plus a $299 setup fee, and prices rise once the founding spots fill.

“A done-for-you bundle of receptionist, missed-call text back and review requests. Handy if you want all three, but $197 a month plus $299 setup is a steep entry next to self-serve rivals.”

Overview
BookEveryCall is an Australian AI receptionist sold as a fully managed service. Beyond answering calls, its plans bundle missed-call SMS replies, automated review requests, a webchat widget and, on the higher plans, a CRM pipeline, two-way texting and a mobile app. Its site has pages for plumbers, electricians, HVAC and cleaners.
How it works: you book a strategy call, BookEveryCall configures the system for you, and it answers your business number, qualifies the enquiry and books it into your calendar or routes urgent calls to your team.
Pricing is published. Three plans at "founding member" prices: Starter AI $197, Growth AI $397 and Revenue AI $597 a month, against listed standard prices of $397, $697 and $997. Each carries a one-time setup fee of $299 to $499. All prices are in AUD. Extra call minutes are $0.15 a minute on Starter AI and $0.12 on Growth AI; Revenue AI has unlimited minutes. No contracts, cancel any time.
The honest assessment: it's more of a bundle than a pure receptionist, which helps if you'd otherwise buy missed-call text back and review requests separately. The cost to start is the catch: even the founding Starter plan is $197 a month plus $299 setup, and BookEveryCall says prices rise once the founding spots fill (founding members keep their rate). We found no published free trial and no independent rating we could verify. We have not tested it hands-on.
