The short answer

Sendatradie is Australian job management software priced by job volume, with unlimited users on every plan. It suits crews of 3 to 10 who'd pay more on per-seat tools. A free plan covers 30 jobs a month. The catch: quoting, invoicing and Xero start at $89 a month, and it has fewer independent reviews than Tradify or Fergus.

ServiceScale Verdict

Last verified

“Pricing by jobs with unlimited users is genuinely good value for a growing crew. Sole traders pay more than Tradify once they need quoting, and it's a smaller name with less track record.”

Overview

Sendatradie is Australian job management software. It covers scheduling, quoting and invoicing, a customisable dashboard, workflows and automations, staff GPS and clock-in, and an optional business phone number with call masking and recording.

Pricing is published in AUD, by job volume. Lite is free for 30 jobs a month. Starter is $89 a month (150 jobs), Standard $212 (500 jobs) and Ultimate $420 (1,500 jobs), with lower rates billed yearly. Every plan includes unlimited staff and clients, so adding an apprentice doesn't change your bill. No lock-in. Phone numbers and SMS are add-ons from $10 a month.

The honest assessment: pricing by jobs rather than seats is a real advantage for a crew of 4 to 6 against per-user tools. The free Lite plan is a scheduling and booking tool only; quoting, invoicing and Xero or MYOB start at $89 on Starter, which is dearer than Tradify's entry plan for a sole trader. Automated review requests and custom reports start on Standard. It's a smaller, newer name than Tradify, Fergus or ServiceM8, with fewer independent reviews to go on. We have not tested it hands-on.
