ServiceScale runs a dedicated AI Coaching Program for Australian trade and service operators. Inside the program, ServiceScale advises on and builds AI chatbots, AI calling agents, CRM integrations, and custom applications.

Builds are done with the operator, not delivered done-for-you: the client learns to build and own the system, rather than renting a finished product they're dependent on ServiceScale to maintain.

ServiceScale also designs and builds websites for Australian trade businesses, either fully done-for-you or co-built live with the client.

ServiceScale sells two products.

Websites for Tradies. Three packages, all + GST. Done-for-you: Single Page Website $1,490 and Pro Site $2,990 (full multi-page). Build-it-with-you: AI Website $1,990 flat, including one 90-minute live build workshop on the client's own domain, one 30-minute follow-up workshop, prompt library access and low-level support; the client owns the site and runs it through their own AI chat app (Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) with no traditional hosting.

AI Coaching Program (The AI-Fluent Operator Program). $25,000 inc. GST for a flat 12-month engagement. Application-based, one new client per month maximum, for trade and service operators already past $1M in revenue.
