ServiceScale runs a dedicated AI Coaching Program for Australian trade and service operators. Inside the program, ServiceScale advises on and builds AI chatbots, AI calling agents, CRM integrations, and custom applications.

Builds are done with the operator, not delivered done-for-you: the client learns to build and own the system, rather than renting a finished product they're dependent on ServiceScale to maintain.

ServiceScale also designs and builds websites for Australian trade businesses, either fully done-for-you or co-built live with the client.

Websites for Tradies. Two packages, all + GST: Single Page Website $990 and Pro Site from $1,490 (full multi-page). After signup the client picks the delivery: done-for-you, or build-it-with-you (one 90-minute live build workshop on the client's own domain, prompt library access and 12 months of email support; the client runs it through their own AI chat app, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, with no traditional hosting). Same price either way.

AI Coaching Program (The AI-Fluent Operator Program). $25,000 inc. GST for a flat 90-day engagement. Application-based, for trade and service operators already past $1M in revenue.
