Formitize is an Australian-built digital forms platform headquartered in Brisbane, designed to take trade and field service businesses paperless. If your team is still filling out SWMS on clipboards, printing job reports, or losing safety checklists in the back of the ute, Formitize solves that problem directly.

The platform provides a drag-and-drop form builder, a library of pre-built templates (including Australian SWMS, JSAs, inspection forms, and compliance checklists), and a mobile app that lets field staff complete forms on-site, with photos, signatures, GPS stamps, and offline support.
