LocalImpact
Review platform that sends SMS and email review requests, drafts AI replies and shows reviews on your site. Simple and month to month, but it's a reviews tool, not messaging or a CRM like Podium.

The short answer
LocalImpact sends SMS and email review requests, drafts AI replies and puts reviews on your website. It suits single-location trades that want more Google reviews without a big platform. The catch: no listed link to trade job software, so automatic requests need Zapier, and it skips the messaging and payments Podium includes.
Last verified
“A focused review tool that does the requests, replies and widgets well enough for one location. It's not a messaging hub like Podium, and you'll need Zapier to trigger requests from your job software.”

Overview
LocalImpact is a review and reputation tool for local businesses. It sends review requests by SMS and email, monitors reviews across sites, writes AI replies, shows reviews on your website through widgets and benchmarks you against competitors. Home services is one of its listed industries.
How it works: connect your review sites, send requests manually or automatically after a job, and use the feedback funnel and negative feedback manager to catch unhappy customers before they post. Zapier handles integrations.
Pricing: three plans on its pricing page: Growth (1 location), Pro (3 locations) and Agency (5 locations), with extra locations at $20 a month. Each plan has a monthly SMS and email request allowance (100, 300 and 500 SMS). 14-day free trial, no card, no contract.
The honest assessment: for a single-location trade business it covers the review job that NiceJob and Birdeye do, with a simpler set-up. It does less than Podium or Birdeye: no customer messaging inbox, no payments. It also has no listed integration with trade job software, so automatic requests after a job need Zapier. SMS allowances are modest on the base plan. We have not tested it hands-on.

Aussie-built field service app with a pay-per-job pricing model instead of monthly seats. The iOS app is genuinely great, Android has historically been a step behind.
