NiceJob does one thing exceptionally well: it gets your customers to leave reviews. After a job is completed, NiceJob sends automated SMS and email sequences nudging customers to post a Google or Facebook review. The follow-up cadence is persistent without being annoying, and the conversion rate is genuinely impressive.
Beyond review collection, NiceJob offers a "Convert" website widget that displays social proof (reviews, photos, stories) on your site to increase enquiry conversion. There's also a referral program feature, though most trade businesses will get the most value from the review automation alone.
Strengths: The review collection flow is best-in-class for simplicity. Setup takes under an hour. The price point is significantly lower than Podium or Birdeye, around $115 AUD/month for unlimited review requests. The "nudge" sequences are well-timed and effective. Integration with major job management tools means reviews are triggered automatically at job completion.
